    This year, World Book Day takes place on Thursday 5th March 2026 and we would like to invite you to join us in helping your child to make the most of this special occasion. Children are never too young to start their journey with books, and the benefits of reading are enormous. We hope, like us, you will use World Book Day to celebrate it with your child.

    Moorlands has an Autumn Disco on Tuesday 4th November.

    Years 1 to 3 bring your disco clothes into school. The disco is from 3.10 - 4.10 pm

    Year 4 to 6, the disco is from 4.15 - 5.15 pm

    Cost of the disco is £2.50. Payment on the day.
