Health for Life project

At Moorlands Primary School, we are proud to be part of the Health for Life Project, an initiative that supports schools in promoting healthy lifestyles and positive wellbeing for all pupils.
Our school is committed to helping children develop lifelong healthy habits through a balanced approach to physical activity, healthy eating, emotional wellbeing, and personal development. Through the Health for Life programme, we work closely with staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community to create a supportive environment where everyone can learn how to make healthy choices.
As part of this project, we take part in a range of activities, including healthy eating education, opportunities for regular physical exercise, wellbeing sessions, and whole-school events that encourage active and positive lifestyles. We believe that healthy children are happier, more confident, and better prepared to learn and succeed.
We are delighted to be working towards the Health for Life Award and look forward to continuing to improve the health and wellbeing of everyone in our school community.
