RE

The R.E. curriculum not only teaches pupils about different faiths but is used to develop pupils' understanding of the school's core values of: PEACE, RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, CO-OPERATION, EQUALITY AND PERSEVERANCE. This is taught through stories, artefacts, pictures and photographs as a stimulus.

The school also works closely with St James Church and Hope Church. Both churches provide the school with a monthly assembly, as well as attend the school for Christmas and Easter assemblies. Pupils have the opportunity to visit St James Church for the Easter celebrations and take part in their Christmas service with other local schools.
