No Pens Day

The school took part in No Pens Day. This involved putting down our pens and taking part in a day of speaking and listening activities. 

Comments from the pupils included:

'I enjoyed performing poetry. It really helped to get the rhythm and fluency in my reading!'

'Acting out poetry today was fun and I learned new vocabulary which I would like to use in my own writing.'
